On Sunday, February 2, 2025, Laxmi held its grand reopening, featuring a free ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT buffet to allow the community to try our newly redesigned menu and see firsthand the other changes we’ve made to provide the best overall experience. The restaurant quickly filled up, and our chefs worked tirelessly throughout the day to serve as many guests as possible until we ran out of ingredients to make more food. Originally expecting 200–300 people, we were thrilled to welcome over 800 guests, with many driving over 2 hours from multiple states to support us. Reviews and feedback were overwhelmingly positive, making this a great start on our new journey. We’re excited to continue giving back to the community and serving authentic cuisine with an unforgettable experience.
